To open a wholesale account, please email us to receive our customer application and provide the required documents.

2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

a. Our opening order minimum is $1,500.

b. For all future orders, the minimum is reduced to $1,000.

c. For our exclusive brands, we require a minimum of 12 pieces per SKU. Orders below that quantity are subject to adjusted pricing.

3. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Discounts are applied based on order volume, product mix, and current promotions. Every order is reviewed individually to ensure the best value.

4. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, local pick-up is available. We have a designated area at our facility for pickups, or you can coordinate shipping through your Account Executive.

5. How long does it take to process wholesale orders?

Processing time typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on volume and availability.

6. Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
